SSP Day 4
Hey all. I'm on day 4 off Super Slim Pom. I have to say its been giving me a lot of energy. I'm way more productive, I just go go go all day. I take it around 11am with cereal and I'm not hungry til around 8pm. I've been forcing myself to eat a small lunch around 3pm so I don't pig out at night once the hunger sets in. Although I've noticed even though I am hungry at night, it takes less to fill me up. As for side effects none of them are unbareable. Just dry mouth...sometimes a small headache, and a little jittery. Thats sort of with every diet pill though. I haven't really had trouble sleeping at night. Actually, I feel more rested in the morning when I get up. I checked my weight this morning after day three and I lost 5lbs so far. So far I'm very pleased with these :) |

I've used diet pills on and off, but I'm really determined to drop about 50lbs, eat a lot better, and do this once and for all. I've had my ups and downs with bulimia (Throwing up absolutely everything, finding tips on how to throw up..ect) and even going weeks without eating (Fasting for almost a month due to a painful ending of a relationship, but I did lose 30lbs) Either way, I'm looking to find some tips on dieting and getting some GOOD diet pills that will benefit me. I do have Leptopril which I've been taking up until yesterday. The first day I took them I had really bad anxiety and my heart was beating a little bit faster than normal, but I didn't experience any curb to my appetite (If anything, it increased it) So I don't think I'm going to continue taking them. They are ephedra free. I've been reading up a bit on this Fruta Planta so I might be ordering those in the future. I'm looking to get a gym membership soon to get this weight off faster. fruta planta question
So today was day 1 and I've been relatively not hungry but my heart was kinda racing more than a little bit today when I was working out. It wasn't too pleasant. Have other people noticed the same side effect, especially when working out? Would you recommend to keep working out while taking fruta planta? It seems most people don't. |

SSP Day 2
So, I'm not feeling the energy anymore...but still getting the dry mouth. As for supressing the appetite, yesterday I wasn't hungry all day, but around 10pm when i got home from work I was starving. I only ended up eating a bowl of soup, cereal, and an egg sandwich through the whole day...which is pretty good for me. Today so far, I have eatten eggs before taking the pill, I'm not hungry yet, but I will be eating a small dinner around 6 so I'm not starving again late at night. I was feeling super hot at work earlier..not sure if that was a side effect or if they just cranked the heat up lol. I haven't checked my weight yet, and probably won't til friday. I heard sometimes these take a few days to kick in so I don't want to get discouraged if I'm not losing. I hope my arent fake. I've read online different things about my packaging. I have the silver foil on one side and gren on the back with fruit on it. Let me know if any of you have used this version before please! |

Legit Fruta Planta??
so I ordered mine and i'm waiting for it to come., but in the mean time I was wondering how will I know if they are legit when I get them? I ordered from a seller I saw recommended by a lot of you; japan 2 day ling zhi diet... So i'm hoping. I had heard something about the way weight is spelled?? SSP Diary Day 1
Hello hello. I posted a while ago saying I ordered Super Slim and once I got it, I would update you guys on how it's working. Well I FINALLLLLY got them in the mail. It took forever. I got it from ChinaEitems on ioffer.com and the pills are white and green, the foil is silver with green writing on the back, and pictures of fruit on the front. I hope they are legit. I took my first pill about an hour ago, and I'm not really feeling anything yet..which I'm sure is fine. Anyway, I'll update you on my weight, measurements (which I'll be taking later tonight), what I'm eating, how I'm excercising, side effects etc as often as I can. At least once a week. I'm just trying to think of what I would've liked to read when I was researching about this stuff. So I'm 5'2 and my starting weight is 182 (YIKES) so here I go! P.S. for those of you who bought this before, what did your packages look like? EDIT: Just wanted to update that I am starting to feel side effects. Nothing bad though. I'm sort of just amped up...a little dry mouth. I took lipodreme (Sp?) with ephedra a while ago and it pretty much feels like the same reaction. |

Finally did it...
... I broke down and ordered Fruta Planta. I use to love Lipodrene and Stimerex and had lost about 45lbs on it about 2 years ago... Then I got pregnant and so now all the weight has to go again. I waited until I was done breastfeeding, and so now that that has happened I'm ready to get this horrible #'s down and be skinny again. So anyways I came back here cause it helped before and I saw everyone talking about Fruta Planta. I ordered from a seller on Amazon I saw recommended by alot of you. Really hoping he's legit... But my main question are how are you guys taking it? Like daily schedule/dosage? (I.e. I use to take 1 liprodrene in the am , and the second around 3pm... Then the next day I'd do the same but with Stimerex.) So like I said really need this # done so if you guys have ANY TIPS that could help me do it, it would be MUCH appreciated. Thanks!!! |

I've read a lot of posts in this community and I am very interested in the Fruta Planta pills. Unfortunately I can't use Amazon because I live in Europe and I don't have a credit card. I read all posts and comments about fruta planta, most of you get the pills from Amazon, alibaba.com and some panda site. Is there another way to get them? I do have Paypal. I tried to panda site (sorry, don't remember the name) but I think something went wrong with them because I tried paying multiple times but paypal said the merchant can't accept paypal anymore so I don't know what that's about.
I know I'm new to this community, but is someone willing to sell me 2 or 3 boxes? I have Paypal and obviously I'll pay for all costs and trouble!

I still have a bottle of the old xenadrine rfa 1 that they pulled off of the shelves a few months ago. It's still within expiration date..and I dont want them to go to waste...was wondering if 1 bottle of them would do any harm in taking...I am trying to lose 30 lbs in baby weight (just had a little guy 6 weeks ago after gaining 70lbs..im ready to lose the other 30ish). Are there any other pills that would help me lose weight super quick..I need to fit in my work clothes in just 6 more weeks : ( |

so i am about half way through the months supply of fruta planta and i seem to only have lost a pound or two. Is it possible i have bunk stuff? i feel the effects everyone has been complaining about, except thankfully no constipation. my scale has not moved an inch. can anyone give me a reliable seller, or tell me things to look for on my current package to see if it is indeed fake? thanks guys! |

Final Decision about Fruta Planta
Well, I'm confused. And have always used myself as my own lab rat. I'll take Fruta Planta in the morning and then my medicine at night. I think my body can handle it. And if it can't my bodys will reject it and I'll end up vomiting. I'll keep you guys updated. There's always an ER if something goes really wrong *knock on wood* For some strange reason I have a feeling that this stuff will be the same as any other diet pill I've taken...promising weight loss, and energy. ...Maybe I'll lose about 2 pounds but as far as energy goes... let me put it this way I've taken Lipo 6x, Stacker2 w/chitosan, and Zantrex 3 and have been able to sleep right afterwards. The only one I remember giving me energy and actually kept me up through a boring night was Redline. |

I ordered some from Amazon, and it's saying my delivery estimate is between Jan 8-Jan 28? Does that sound right? Urgent question
So I just got my Fruta Planta today and I plan on starting it on Friday. But I was reading through a website and one of the comments said "It is a centrally-acting serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor structurally related to amphetamines" The question is... Does anybody know how this will interact with my medicine that is also a serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor? |

Day 2 on Fruta Planta
So yesterday I started taking fruta planta and so far have really liked it. I lost 1.5 lbs yesterday alone and still ate a burger and a few other things. But I really makes your desire for food go away like I still feel hungry but nothing sounds good, its odd. Side effects haven't been too bad at all. I get cotton mouth a little and definetly feel bitchy&more short tempered& sometimes I just feel distant&odd. Other than that i'm really liking it. I also took super slim pomgranate during the craze but had way too severe side effects so I was really happy when this didn't do it to me. |
